Smart Healthcare Solutions delivers innovative healthcare products.  Our flagship product “iShapps”, is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables healthcare facilities to connect directly with healthcare professionals (HCPs) within 70 km radius in their area.

Whether you are looking for round-the-clock care, overnight respite, daily assistance, or just weekly drop-ins, Smart Healthcare Solutions can find you the highest quality workers quickly and easily.

HCPs can create their own profile on Smart Healthcare Solutions that outlines their experience, qualifications, availability, and interests. You can then compare and choose the right shifts for you.

We offer a new model that allows facilities to have direct contact with the HCPs registered on our platform and assign work or shifts to people who you are happy to work with or are available at the time of posting.

By having direct access to HCPs, you can afford to improve outsourcing efficiency hence saving time and money and guarantee quality, whilst HCPs have access to unlimited shifts and the potential to earn more. Both parties can benefit by building long-term relationships.

Signing up to “iShapps” is free for HCPs. HCP’s receive the full amount of what they have worked for. We do not charge any commissions on HCP’s earnings. All payments are made online and can be easily tracked via your timesheet and reports on your dashboard.

Facilities can choose from our discounted plans, then sit back and enjoy our professional services and convenience of our platform.

Safety is our priority. All HCP’s using the Smart Healthcare Solutions platform must undergo a strict on-boarding process, including reference and qualification checks, police checks and verification of any specific requirements.

All HCPs on the Smart Healthcare Solutions platform have comprehensive insurances arranged on their behalf.

HCP’s on our platform will list their qualifications and services on their profile.
These may include anything from:
Nursing services such as wound care, diabetes care, catheter care, medication management, continence management, bowel and bladder management or case management. Personal Care such as showering, dressing, toileting and grooming, manual transfer, assistance with medication, dementia, palliative and disability care as well as care assessment, planning, coordination, social support and domestic assistance services.

Smart Healthcare Solutions collects payments from facilities on behalf of our HCP’s.

Payments will only be transferred to our nominated account once HCPs timesheets are approved.

Yes! If you already have a casual pool of HCPs that you would like to hire, via our platform then you can ask them to sign up to us for free.

They will need to go through our regular on-boarding process, and once they have been approved you can assign them shifts through the platform. If you give us a call on +61422900360, we can prioritise their registration.

To be ‘live’ on our platform you will need to complete our registration process and provide us with a current police check, references, and necessary qualifications. Once this is done, a member of our Support Team will give you a call to finalise your profile.

Our fees enable us to continue to grow and deliver innovative technology and solutions for the benefit of clients and HCPs using our platform. We have made every effort to ensure our fees are reasonable for the services we offer.

Scheduling care and making payment through our platform ensures transparency for all work delivered and payments made. Importantly, HCP’s are not covered by the insurance policies arranged on their behalf by us for care delivered outside this platform. If a HCP or client arranges payment outside the platform their account may be deactivated and they could face penalties. For further details see our Terms of Use.
